Trailer Type: 6, 4, 2-person, Toy Hauler. Renters’ Vehicle to be equipped with a trailer hitch and electric plug. 7-day notice required. Will consider on-demand/expedited.
Accessories to include on request. Bedding, Coffee Maker, Ice Maker, Dishes, Cleaning Supplies, Generator, Grill. Etc. Tell us what you need to make your trip comfortable. Prices will vary.

1. PURPOSE OF RENTAL

The Renter agrees to rent the Trailer solely for lawful and intended hauling or transportation purposes. The Trailer may not be used for towing passengers or for any prohibited activity.

3. RENTAL FEES & PAYMENT TERMS

+Sales Tax 4.2% Plus 3.5% Surcharge. Credit Cards only.
Full payment is due:

Request Delivery and set “available.” Late returns may result in additional charges or daily rental fees. The security deposit will be refunded after inspection, minus any damage or cleaning fees. If at any time an appliance or any other function fails, it does not require a refund. The Renter agrees to pay all fees in full and on time.

4. CONDITION OF TRAILER (BEFORE RENTAL)

The Trailer is provided in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition. The Renter acknowledges inspection of the Trailer prior to pickup and agrees that it is functional at the time of rental. Any existing damage must be noted before departure.

5. USE OF TRAILER

The Renter agrees to: Use the Trailer safely and properly. Comply with all towing laws and weight limits. Ensure the tow vehicle is capable and properly equipped. Use safety chains, straps, and lights as required. Carry loads evenly and securely. Prevent overloading or improper cargo placement. *The Trailer may NOT be used for: Transporting hazardous materials. Illegal activities. Off-road use. Hauling passengers.

6. RENTER RESPONSIBILITIES

The Renter must: Inspect the Trailer during use for any issues. Secure all items inside the Trailer. Lock the Trailer when left unattended. Report any accidents or damage immediately. Return the Trailer in clean condition. *Failure to follow safety instructions may result in loss of deposit.

7. DAMAGE, LOSS & LIABILITY

The Renter is responsible for: Any damage to the Trailer during the rental period. Loss or theft of the Trailer or accessories. Tire damage caused by misuse, curbs, or debris. Costs of repairs, replacement parts, or towing. The Owner is not liable for: Accidents caused by the Renter. Improper towing or overloading. Damage to the Renter’s vehicle or cargo. Injuries resulting from unsafe use. The Renter agrees to operate the Trailer at their own risk.

8. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

The Renter confirms they have valid auto insurance for the tow vehicle. Proof of insurance must be shown upon request. The Renter is responsible for any insurance claims arising from the use of the Trailer.

9. BREAKDOWN & EMERGENCIES

If the Trailer becomes unsafe or experiences mechanical failure: The Renter must stop using it immediately. The Owner must be notified as soon as possible. Repairs may only be made with the Owner’s approval. The Owner is responsible for mechanical failures not caused by misuse.

10. CLEANING & RETURN CONDITION

The Trailer must be returned in the same clean condition as rented. Excessive dirt, spills, or debris may result in additional charges. Failure to remove personal items or trash may result in an additional clean-up fee. All accessories must be returned in good working order.

11. LATE RETURNS

Failure to return the Trailer on time may result in: Additional daily fees. Loss of deposit. Refusal of future rentals.

12. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing. Failure to pick up the Trailer may be treated as a cancellation

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document constitutes the full and final Agreement between the Parties. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
