"Purchased a 1988 Hi-Lo 25 ft travel trailer. I live in Phoenix so I contacted Miles RV and asked if he could install a load levelling hitch. He replied quickly to my email and sent a picture of the hitch he recommended. I ordered it on Amazon and had it shipped to him. UPS had sent it to the wrong address so he tracked it down and picked it up. Before I arrived in Rapid City he called to tell me that the trailer breaks were not working. He installed a new cable and controller. When I arrived the breaks locked. Up when on my Tundra but worked on his F 250. Turned out that the Tundra was set for hydraulic electric breaks and when I reset it for electric only all worked well. Mr. Miles truly likes helping people."
"If you have a repair issue, you need to call Miles. He's a professional, thorough, and very attentive to detail. He is a master of his craft and I could not have been happier with his work (and his interaction with me) during the repair. He explained everything in detail that I needed and wanted to know. He replaced two small ball valves that operate my gray and black tank flush system. In doing so he notice some corroded connections on my macerator pump switch, also the connections on my water pump switch were about to fail. This saved me more headache and money. Thank you so much Miles!"

"I'm living in my 4 season camper, while I build my cabin. This winter has been very cold, and my furnace blower motor went out. I called Miles, and he came the next day. Had my furnace fixed in a couple hours...saved my camper from freezing all my water pipes. His service is invaluable when you need it, and he is the guy to call here in the Black Hills of South Dakota! 6 ****** Stars!!"
