"We had a leak in the RV Toilet. I was parked in an RV Park in Deadwood SD. I phoned him; he was in Rapid City. But he said he could come up the next day and do the repair. He did as he promised, he was extremely pleasant, and he charged a very reasonable fee. He was the only one I could find that would actually respond. I highly recommend him."

"While going cross country in our brand new RV, we had an issue with the inverter while at Devils Tower. We found Miles and made plans to meet up with him at a campground the next day in Rapid City. We waited for the part that he ordered overnight. He installed the new part but we still had a problem with it. He took us to his home and allowed to spend the night on his front lawn and hooked up our refrigerator for us!! The next morning he was able to determine that there was a bad ground wire, but he solved that problem and sent us back on the road safely!! He is highly recommended and friendly and easy going!! "We are full-timers and our toilet quit working. We checked with other RV dealers and Mobile RV repair and all indicated that it would at least a week before they could check it. Since we were on a traveling time table, we called ahead to Miles. De diagnosed it over the phone and ordered the parts. He came to the park right after we arrived to fix the problem. He was very professional and the cost was reasonable. If I am in need of repair and I am am in the Rapid City area, Miles will be my first call. I would highly recommend him."
"The long story details of my mechanical issues and repairs are not what is important to my review. As a matter of fact Miles did not end up doing any work for me. However, he was prompt calling back, professional and curteous. I was not confident in the work of the other company and still wanted Miles to check it out. He was willing. However, due to timing and scope, he gave me a referral to a place that I really needed since I was mobile again. His referral was top notch. Miles called to follow up with me to see how everything was working out for me even though he did not need to and was busy. I would absolutely use him if I have an issue again in the Rapid City area."
